This process helps to retain their fresh from the hive taste and all the corresponding health benefits. Raw honey will tend to crystallize, some naturally more quickly than others.
If your honey starts to crystallize, gently warm the sealed glass jar in a pan of warm water on the stove. This slow heating removes the crystal without altering the honey’s flavor or destroying the natural enzymes that make it healthy.
